Do you ask for money?

No, Five Islands Christian Ministries Inc. does not charge for service. 5ICM and its member ministries receive donations from those we serve and those who wish to support these ministries.

 

Some funds may be raised by the sale of resources. All funds go towards the costs in running the ministries and progressing the aims of 5ICM. If you want your donation directed to a specific member ministry, just let us know.

 

Direct deposits may be made into the IMB account: 200 429 270. IMB’s BSB number is: 641 800. The account name is “Five Islands Christian Ministries Inc.”

 

Cheques made out to “Five Islands Christian Ministries Inc.” may be sent to the contact address below.

 

Five Islands Christian Ministries is a not-for-profit charity. The Australian Taxation Office classify 5ICM as a religious organisation, so donations are not tax deductible.

5ICM Supports Illawarra Churches

Five Islands Christian Ministries is about service. 5ICM does not want to be a burden on the churches of the Illawarra or take up their members’ time. Instead, we seek to serve the churches, primarily through supporting combined church events and ministries and building unity between Christians.

New Members Welcome

Membership is open to both individuals and combined church ministries. Anyone wishing to join 5ICM should be a Christian and agree with the aims of 5ICM. There are many possible areas of support, the Illawarra Prayer Network prayer groups and fortnightly emails, the 5ICM website, the Wollongong Gospel Choir, Gary Hetherington’s Revival Ministries, and the Five Islands Outreach at Port Kembla.
